Vijayanagaram : విజయనగరం పార్లమెంట్‌ సీటులో వైసీపీ(YCP) నుంచి సిట్టింగ్‌ ఎంపీ బెల్లాన చంద్రశేఖర్‌ మరోసారి పోటీ చేస్తున్నారు. టీడీపీ(TDP) నుంచి కలిశెట్టి అప్పలనాయుడు పాతికేళ్ల నుంచి పార్టీలో ఉన్నా తొలిసారి ప్రత్యక్ష ఎన్నికల బరిలో దిగారు. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర ఇన్‌ఛార్జ్‌గా పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలకు ట్రైనింగ్‌ ఇచ్చారు. అదే ఈ ఎన్నికల్లో(Elections) ఈయనకు ప్లస్‌ పాయింట్. కానీ స్థానికేతరుడు కావడం అప్పలనాయుడుకి మైనస్‌.

అయితే మంత్రి బొత్స ప్రభావం, చంద్రశేఖర్‌ వ్యక్తిగత ఇమేజ్‌ వైసీపీకి ప్లస్‌. పార్లమెంట్‌(Parliament) పరిధిలోని చీపురుపల్లిలో మంచి పట్టు ఉంది. విజయనగరం పార్లమెంట్‌ పరిధిలో విజయనగరం, బొబ్బిలి, గజపతినగరం, చీపురుపల్లి, నెల్లిమర్ల, ఎచ్చర్ల, రాజాం అసెంబ్లీ సెగ్మెంట్లు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ ఏడింటిలో ఐదు చోట్ల చంద్రశేఖర్‌కు బంధుగణం ఉంది. గెలుపు కోసం స్థానికంగా ఆయన బంధువులు కష్టపడుతున్నారు.

4 అసెంబ్లీ సెగ్మెంట్లలో బొత్సకు గట్టి పట్టు ఉండటం వైసీపీకి ప్లస్‌. ఎంపీ నిధులతో చేసిన అభివృద్ధి కలిసి వస్తుందని చంద్రశేఖర్‌ అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. అసెంబ్లీ సీటులో టీడీపీకి పడే ఓట్లలో కొంత వరకు ఎంపీ ఎన్నికలో వైసీపీకి క్రాస్‌ ఓటింగ్‌ జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. అందుకే విజయనగరం పార్లమెంట్‌ పరిధిలో మరోసారి వైసీపీకి గెలిచే అవకాశం ఉన్నట్టు మా స్టడీలో తేలింది.
